Old Rajinder Nagar is a crowded place, and our office at 8/2 is right in the thick of it. At Poly Engineering And Marketing Centre, we bridge the gap between technical engineering and the marketing side. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we are just a bunch of people in a room in New Delhi trying to figure out how to sell parts and solve problems for customers. The office is a bit cramped because we have catalogs and samples stacked up on almost every shelf. Delhi summers are tough, and the AC in our building struggles sometimes, but we get through it with plenty of cold water. We have been in this spot for a while, so we know all the local delivery guys and where to get the best snacks nearby. It is not a corporate environment at all. We yell across the room when we need something and the phone is usually ringing off the hook. Marketing and engineering are different worlds, but we try to make them work together here. It is often chaotic, especially when a big order comes in or a deadline is close. We just keep our heads down and do the work. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We are just a local Delhi team making a living. It is messy and loud sometimes, but it is how we operate.
