Pearls Group

Our main office is on the second floor of a building in West Patel Nagar, right in the F 26 block. Being in New Delhi, it’s always a bit noisy outside with the rickshaws and people walking to the local market. Pearls Group has been in this spot for a while now. The office isn't very big, and the stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep. We have several desks squeezed in where we handle all the different business tasks we have going on. It’s a lot of filing and keeping track of various projects we are involved in. Most of us get here early to beat the worst of the Delhi heat during the summer months. We spend our time looking at spreadsheets and answering emails from people. There isn't any fancy art on the walls or anything like that, just some calendars and shelves full of old binders that we need to keep. We eat our lunch together at the small table in the back room. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, and we just have to deal with it and move on. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized and running smoothly. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on getting the daily chores done. You won’t find any corporate slogans here, just people working at their computers and talking about work.
