Neelkanth Glass House

Neelkanth Glass House is easy to spot because we are right near Metro Pillar Number 705 on the main Najafgarh Road in Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar. The metro trains rumble overhead all day long, but you get used to that after a week. We are at A-2 and the shop is usually full of glass sheets leaning against every available surface. It is a busy road, so we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people living in the apartments nearby. We spend our days measuring and cutting, trying to make sure everything fits the frames people bring in. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the glass. If someone needs a mirror for their hallway or a new pane for a broken window, they come to us. We’ve been in this part of Uttam Nagar for a good bit of time. The shop is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We use our hands and basic tools to get the job finished. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes we have to carry big pieces across the busy road, which is always an adventure. We just do what we can to help the folks around here with their glass needs. It is simple, everyday work for us.
