Friends Glass Gallery

Friends Glass Gallery is right on Vikas Marg in Laxmi Nagar, at Shop No. B-33/3. If you’ve ever been through this part of town, you know how busy it gets. There’s always people walking by and cars honking outside. Our shop is pretty much in the middle of all that chaos. We keep a lot of different glass samples around, though the place can look a bit cluttered at times. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice the noise anymore. It’s a small shop, but we make use of every inch of wall space to lean our stock against. We don't have a team of salesmen or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work and talking to customers who walk in off the street. Some days we are buried in orders for mirrors or window panes, and other days we’re just tidying up the offcuts. Laxmi Nagar is a fast-moving place, so we try to keep up, but we don't like to rush the actual cutting because that’s how mistakes happen. We don't bother with fancy displays much. If you need glass, you just come in and ask. It’s a very plain way of doing business, but it’s how we’ve always done it. We close up in the evenings and head home just like everyone else on this block. There is always something to sweep up before we turn off the lights and lock the door.
