MATRISHAKTI REALTY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place, Matrishakti Realty (OPC) Private Limited, is situated at 15/24 Stanley Road in Civil Lines. It’s a bit of an older area with a lot of character. Stanley Road has its own pace, and we’ve kind of settled into it. The building we are in has seen better days, but it does the job just fine for us. We have a desk near the front and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about property. Civil Lines is a busy part of the city, so there is always some noise from the street outside, but inside it stays mostly calm. We don't really go in for those big, shiny offices you see in the magazines. This is more of a practical space. We keep our files in those metal cabinets and try to stay on top of the paperwork. There is a small tea stall just down the road that we visit quite a bit when we need a break. It is mostly just about being here and being available when someone has a question about real estate in this neighborhood. We don't have any grand statements to make. It is just a job and we do it from this office on Stanley Road. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around, but that is just how it is. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the local streets and the neighbors pretty well by this point.
