Our office is over at 24 H Sector Iv on Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg. Being right in the heart of New Delhi means we’re always surrounded by the hustle and bustle. Lodha Co has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside our window. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through various tasks. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office perks. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We handle the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail, mostly relating to business services and administration. It can be stressful when things pile up, but we’ve got a good routine. We’re not a huge corporation with layers of management. If you need something, you talk to the person doing the work. It makes things move a bit faster. We’ve seen the streets around Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’ve stayed put. Most of our clients come to us because we’ve been here so long and they know they can find us. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Word of mouth usually does the trick. We just try to stay focused and keep our heads down. It's a lot of quiet effort day in and day out. That’s just how we like to operate in this part of the city.
