Lata Roy

Our office, Lata Roy, is situated on Jail Road in the Prem Nagar area of Gurgaon. It’s the H O location, though it doesn't feel like a big head office when you’re inside. It’s more of a practical space where we can get our tasks finished. Gurgaon is a massive place with all those huge glass towers, but we’re in a more grounded part of town. Jail Road has its own character. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. There are a few of us here. We aren't a giant company with thousands of employees. We prefer it that way. It means we actually know what’s going on. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just do the work. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a bit creaky, but it serves us well. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just want to do right by the people we work with. Most days are pretty routine. We answer the phone, deal with the mail, and keep things moving. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We’re just a small local team trying to stay busy.
