Operating out of Karol Bagh on Hardhyan Singh Road is a bit of a whirlwind every single day. Kundan Property Dealer is right in the thick of it. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how the traffic and the crowds are. We’ve got a small office here where we keep track of the local listings. It’s mostly residential floors and some commercial spots around the market. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking from one block to another to show people around. The stairs in some of these older buildings can be a real workout. We’ve known some of the families on this road for decades. It’s the kind of place where you can’t walk ten feet without saying hello to someone. Our desks are usually piled with old files and maps of the sectors. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. Sometimes it’s a serious buyer, and other times it’s just someone lost looking for the main road. We try to help out either way. The summer heat makes the office a bit stuffy, but the ceiling fan keeps us going. We just try to find people a place that fits what they need without a lot of fuss. It’s basic, honest work in a very busy neighborhood.
