We are located in Shop No-2, 15 A/22, right in the heart of Karol Bagh. Specifically, we are in the WEA area inside Krishna Market on Ajmal Khan Road. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how packed and energetic it is. There is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been operating as real estate agents here for quite a few years. It’s a small shop, but we manage to handle a lot of business from it. People come to us when they are looking for commercial spaces in the market or apartments in the residential blocks nearby. Karol Bagh is a tricky place to find the right spot because everything is so tight, but we know the shortcuts and the hidden gems. We aren't the type to wear suits and give polished presentations. We usually have a bit of a mess on the desk and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. We talk to the shopkeepers and the residents every day, so we know who is moving out and who is looking to expand. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't do much online stuff; we prefer it when people just walk into the shop and tell us what they need. We try to keep the process simple because the market is already loud and confusing enough. You just tell us what you need and we show you what is available.
