Our office is on the first floor of C 47 in Inderpuri, which is a busy little pocket of New Delhi. Being in the 110012 area means we’re surrounded by a lot of activity every single day. This Kotak Mahindra Bank branch is a straightforward place. We have our desks, our computers, and our daily routine. We handle the usual flow of cash and documents that comes with any neighborhood bank. It can get a bit noisy with the street sounds coming up to the first floor, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't here to give sales pitches or use corporate lingo. We just want to help the people of Inderpuri manage their money without any hassle. Most of us take the metro or drive through the Delhi traffic to get here, so we understand the daily grind. We try to be quick with the transactions because we know people have places to be. It’s a very local feel. We might chat about the local market or the heat while we’re waiting for a system to load. It’s a small, functional space where we prioritize getting the work finished and being helpful to our neighbors. We’ve been part of this street for a while and plan to keep things running just as they are. This is just how we do things here.
