Kailash Chand Sharma

Operating out of Tis Hazari Main Road, M 12, has its ups and downs. My name is Kailash Chand Sharma and this is where I spend most of my daylight hours. Being on the main road means it is never really quiet. There is always a horn honking or someone shouting outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. I’ve been at this location for a long time, and I’ve seen the street change quite a bit. The shop itself is pretty modest. We have our regulars who drop by just to say hello or to get their business sorted out quickly. I don't bother with having a polished website or a marketing team. I just write down what needs to be done and I do it. If someone walks in, I help them. It’s not a complicated system. M 12 is easy to find if you are familiar with Tis Hazari, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. I usually tell people to come early if they can. We don't do anything too fancy here, just the standard stuff that people expect from someone with my name. Most of the furniture in here is old, but it works fine for what we need. Life moves fast on the main road, but inside these walls, we take things one step at a time.
