Jatin Mobile Service Centre

Our service center is over in Karol Bagh at Saraswati Marg. The exact address is 15 A/55 in the WEA area. If you come here, you’ll see a lot of tools scattered across the workbenches and a few half-finished repairs waiting for parts. It is a bit dusty because of all the construction always happening nearby, but we try to keep the sensitive parts clean. Most of what we do is fixing screens and replacing batteries for people who dropped their phones. We aren't a big chain, just a local repair spot where we do the work ourselves. The light in the back room isn't the best, so we use these bright desk lamps to see the tiny screws. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought and we have to call the owner to explain why. We don't use a lot of fancy words or technical jargon; we just tell people what’s broken and if we can fix it. The street outside is always packed with rickshaws and people shopping, so it’s never quiet. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to pass the time. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten pretty fast at it over the years. We don't have a lobby, just a small counter where you hand over your phone and we give you a slip of paper. We hope the electricity doesn't flicker too much while we're soldering.
