Jangir Co Pvt Ltd is located at 33 Anand Parbat right by the railway line side. You can hear the trains passing by all day long. The building shakes just a little bit when the heavy ones go past. It’s an old area with a lot of character. We have been working out of this space for some time now. Inside, it is mostly desks and files. We deal with various things related to the business. It gets dusty because of the tracks nearby so we spend a lot of time cleaning the tables. The walk from the main road isn't too bad but it’s better if you know the shortcuts. Most of us bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small back room. There is a tea stall just down the lane that makes very strong ginger tea. We don't have a big reception area or a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to see who it is. The light in the office is okay but we keep the fans running all the time. It is a practical setup for what we do. Nothing fancy. Just a solid place to show up to every morning and do the tasks on the list. We know the other shop owners around here pretty well. It feels like a community even with the noise of the trains. We usually close the windows when the express train goes by so we can hear each other talk.
