We set up ISupport Consultants Private Limited over at 25 B, Pocket A 14 in Kalkaji Extension. It’s a fairly quiet pocket of the area, though Kalkaji as a whole is usually bustling with people and traffic. Our office is basically a small room where we keep our equipment and files. We do consulting work, which means we spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to figure out solutions for their problems. It’s not a big corporate setup. We are just a small group of people who know a thing or two about support services. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier guy takes forever to find the address, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people in the area who know us. We like the vibe of Kalkaji Extension. It’s got a mix of everything. Our day usually involves a lot of coffee and even more phone calls. We don't have any grand missions. We just want to get through the daily list of things to do and make sure our clients are satisfied with what we’ve done for them. It’s a simple, honest business. We show up, we work, and we go home. That’s about it for us at Pocket A 14, and we like it that way.
