We are over at 20/41 in West Patel Nagar, here in New Delhi. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses all mixed together. We have been operating out of this building for quite a while now. We handle export work, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with logistics and shipping schedules. Our office is pretty basic and practical. We have some desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets to keep track of everything. There is not any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the business at hand. We talk to people from all over to get goods moved from one place to another. It involves a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Delhi can be a tough place to get around, so we do most of our work from right here in the office. The team is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for many years. We do not really do much in the way of marketing ourselves. Most people who work with us have known us for a long time. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we have to deal with delays at the port or paperwork issues, but that is just part of the job. We just keep at it and try to stay on top of the details.
