Icici Bank

We are over at Mayank Tandon C O Mrmm Handa, on the third floor of House No T 86 in Baljeet Nagar. We are right near the Gurudwara, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Being on the third floor means there is a bit of a climb, and we often see people catching their breath when they finally get to the counter. This Icici Bank office is tucked away in a busy part of New Delhi. It is not a shiny, glass-fronted building. It’s a bit older, with narrow hallways and a lot of character. We spend our days surrounded by files and the hum of the computers. The proximity to the Gurudwara means we hear the prayers sometimes, which is a nice background to our work. We deal with a lot of local residents and small shop owners from the Baljeet Nagar area. There is no corporate polish here, just us trying to get the job done. Sometimes we run out of stationary or the AC makes a weird noise, but we just deal with it. It’s a very human place to work. We know the names of most people who come in regularly. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We are just here to help manage the accounts and keep the records straight. It’s a simple, busy life on the third floor of this old building. We hope to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
