You can find us at Hr Recruiter on the first floor of C 30 in West Patel Nagar. We are right in the heart of New Delhi, so there is always a lot going on around us. Being on the first floor is handy because people can walk up and see us without much trouble. The office is pretty basic, with just some chairs and our computers. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to understand what they are looking for in a job. It is not always easy to match someone with the right company, but we do our best. I have a lot of folders where I keep the resumes sorted by the type of work they can do. West Patel Nagar is a lively area, and we get a lot of foot traffic. Some people just stop in to ask if we have anything new. We don't use any of those big corporate phrases or try to sound like something we are not. We are just a local recruitment office. I think people like that we are easy to talk to and don't make things complicated. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just want to get people into jobs so they can earn their pay. It is practical work and it keeps us on our toes every day. We just keep plugging away at it, helping one person at a time as they come through our door.
