Our workshop isn't very large, but we have our machines set up and we stay busy most of the time. Anand Parbat is a tight area with a lot of small shops and narrow lanes, so things can get a bit cramped. We’ve been in this alley for a long time now. The neighbors all know us by now. It’s a loud place because of all the metal work and cutting happening nearby, but we don't mind the noise much anymore. We just open up the shop in the morning and get straight to the cutting. It’s dusty work and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just the regular profile cutting that people need. Most of our day is spent at the machines making sure the cuts are right. It’s a simple operation really. It’s hard work but it’s ours and we are used to it.
