Ghai Real Estate

We’ve been running Ghai Real Estate out of this ground floor office at Plot No 4/47 for a while now. Saraswati Marg is a pretty busy spot in Karol Bagh, so there is always something going on right outside our door. Being in the Western Extension Area means we see a lot of different people coming through looking for a place to stay or a small shop to start their own thing. We aren't some big corporate firm with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep things moving. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't do much in the way of big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are just locals or folks who heard about us from a neighbor. Dealing with property in Delhi can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the rules and the way prices jump around, but we just take it one day at a time. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood checking out what is actually available. It’s better to see a place with your own eyes before telling anyone else about it. If you're walking around Karol Bagh and need to ask about a lease or just want to see what the market is doing, you can just pop in. We don't always have the answer right away, but we usually know someone who does.
