Gerson Lehrman Group

Gerson Lehrman Group is based out of 37 27 Old Rajender Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a familiar spot for us now. The neighborhood has a lot of character, and we’ve settled into this space over the last few years. It’s not a skyscraper or anything like that, just a regular building where we can focus. Our office is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but it makes it easier to shout questions across the room instead of sending emails. Being in 110060 means there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby, which is good because we usually work through lunch. We don't have a fancy sign or a polished front desk. When you walk into Gerson Lehrman Group, you just see people working. It’s a bit messy at times, with papers piled up and cables running along the floor, but we know where everything is. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. Some of us handle the phones, others are buried in spreadsheets. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the lights stay on and the internet is fast, we’re happy. It’s just a honest, local workplace in Old Rajender Nagar where we spend our days getting the job done. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and that’s about as luxury as it gets.
