Genpact

If you are looking for Genpact in the Inderpuri area, we are over at Ef 9 R on the second floor. We’ve been here in New Delhi 110012 for a good while. It is a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but once you are there, it is a decent enough space to work in. Inderpuri is one of those neighborhoods where there is always something going on, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is not very big, but it has everything we need to get through the day. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s more about the work we do inside. We sit at our desks, talk to each other about what needs to be finished, and just keep at it until the day is over. It can get a bit noisy outside sometimes with the local traffic and the street noise, but we are used to it by now. The second-floor view isn't much, just the street below, but it lets in a bit of light during the day. We don't have any big mission statements or goals pinned to the walls. We just come in and do our jobs like everyone else. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the work week. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels more like a local spot than a big company.
