Friends Grinding Works

Anand Parbat is an intense place to work, especially in Gali No 4D where we are located. Friends Grinding Works is at 31P/20, right in the middle of all the industrial noise. Our shop is far from quiet or clean. Between the grinding machines and the metal being worked on, there’s always a layer of dust and the sound of machines humming. We have been in this spot for a long time, and we don’t plan on going anywhere. We don't have a front office or any fancy brochures to show people. You just walk into the workspace and talk to us. We do grinding for all sorts of parts, and our customers are mostly other small businesses in the area or people who need a specific job done. The floor is concrete and often stained with oil, and the tools are well-used. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. Some days the heat in the shop is quite a lot, but we just keep the fans going and get through the work. We don't do any marketing because our reputation in the lane is enough. People know where we are and what we can do. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We show up, do the grinding, and close the shutters at night. It’s not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy. We are usually here from early morning until late evening.
