Flex Industry Ltd Noida is actually based at 40 4 East Patel Nagar in Laxmi Sadan, New Delhi. Even though the name says Noida, this is where we do the daily work. The 110008 area is pretty central, which helps with getting things moved around. The building, Laxmi Sadan, has been around for a while. It’s got that old Delhi character to it. Inside, our space is pretty straightforward. We have desks, some chairs that have been here since we opened, and a lot of boxes stacked up in the corner. It isn't a fancy showroom. It's a place where we get the actual work done. There's a lot of noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle the logistical side of things mostly. Someone is usually checking an inventory list or typing out a report. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a lot of hierarchy or formal rules. We just know what needs to be finished before the day ends. The tea man comes by in the afternoon, which is a highlight for most of us. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is within walking distance. It’s a practical setup for a business like ours. We don't need much more than a roof and a working phone line. That’s life here at Flex Industry Ltd. We just keep moving.
