Our office is located at Square 170 on North Avenue in New Delhi. It's right in the heart of things, near all the government buildings and the busy streets of the capital. Being at this address means we see a lot of activity throughout the day. We handle international-level research work, but our day-to-day is very local. We walk to the nearby stalls for lunch and deal with the same Delhi heat as everyone else. The office itself is functional and a bit crowded with equipment. We’ve got several phone lines and computers that are almost always running. Even though the name sounds big, we’re really just a group of researchers who know how to navigate complex information. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably see us hunched over our desks or talking loudly over the sound of the traffic outside. We try to stay on top of the requests that come in from all over. It’s a lot of pressure sometimes, but we’ve been doing this long enough to not let it get to us. We just take it one file at a time. The building is older, and the layout is a bit weird, but it’s home for us. We just focus on the work and let the rest of the city buzz around us. Every day is a little different depending on what people need.
