Our office is right on Gaushala Marg, not too far from the main New Rohtak Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of noise from the traffic. Most of what we do involves a lot of paperwork and checking boxes. We deal with various items that need to go out, so the space is usually filled with crates and packing tape. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit steep. I spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at shipping schedules. It gets dusty inside because the windows don’t close all the way, but we’re used to it. We’ve been at this address for several years now. Some days it feels like we’re just moving papers from one pile to another. The tea stall downstairs is where we go when things get too hectic. We aren't some big corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a few of us here making sure the goods get where they're supposed to be. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait around. We handle a lot of different types of products, mostly whatever is in demand at the time. It’s practical work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the door is open, you can just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. We try to keep things simple and get the orders out on time without making a big fuss about it. It works for us.
