Deo Property Developers Private Limited is located at Nagendar Bhawan in C Town. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been using it as our base for our property development work. We don't have a modern, glass-fronted office. Instead, we have thick walls and rooms that feel like they’ve seen a lot of history. Most of our day is spent looking at land records or talking to people about new developments in the area. C Town is a busy place, and being in Nagendar Bhawan puts us right in the heart of things. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. There’s no one here whose only job is to look professional. We are usually in our shirtsleeves, drinking tea and trying to solve problems. The office is full of maps and property documents. It’s not very organized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people knowing we are here and what we do. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with. Developing property is complicated, but we try to keep the business side of it as simple as possible. It’s just us doing our jobs in a local building, year after year. We are happy to stay small and just handle the work that comes our way properly.
