Dandera Partners is based out of N-29 in Green Park Extension. It is a nice enough part of the city with a bit more breathing room than some of the more packed areas. Our office is tucked away here, and we spend our hours working through various partnership tasks and paperwork. The street outside has some trees, which is a nice change from the concrete you see everywhere else in Delhi. Inside, we have our desks and some cabinets where we keep everything organized. It is not a place where you will find a lot of flash or showy stuff. We are just a group of partners who decided to set up shop in this neighborhood because it is convenient and relatively quiet. Usually, the morning starts with a quick talk about what is on the schedule for the day. We don’t have a massive staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing reports. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the power goes out for a bit, but that is just how things go around here. We just sit down, do our work, and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic things in the world, but they do the job for a few hours at a time. It’s a practical workspace for practical people who just want to get the job done properly.
