Cosmospeaks Consulting Private Limited operates from the 3rd floor of Block 5C in Karol Bagh. Being on the third floor means we get a lot of steps in every day because the elevator isn't always the most reliable thing in the world. From the windows, you can see the tops of other buildings and the busy life of Delhi happening below. It’s a typical Karol Bagh setup. The space itself is decent, though we’ve filled it up with quite a lot of equipment over the years. We do our consulting work here, which mostly involves sitting at computers and talking through various problems. It’s not a glamorous setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have plain walls and some basic lighting. The staff usually gets in around ten, and the first thing we do is put the kettle on. It’s a small group of us, so we don’t have many formal rules. We just make sure the work is finished on time. The noise from the market nearby is always there in the background, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have visitors, as the sitting area is quite small. We’ve lived with these quirks for a long time now. It’s our base of operations, and it serves its purpose well enough for what we need to do every day.
