Corporate Executive Board

Our office is currently at Fs 6 in the IIPA Hostel. It’s located on the Ring Road at IP Estate in New Delhi. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office, being in a hostel building and all, but it works for Corporate Executive Board. The location is actually quite central, which makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the IP Estate area. The room is basic, just like you’d expect from a hostel annex. We’ve got our desks lined up and some shelves for all the files we’ve accumulated over the months. It gets a lot of light during the day, which is nice. The Ring Road outside is always humming with traffic, so there’s a constant background noise of the city. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist greeting people. You just come in and say hello. It’s a very informal environment. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the workload. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just focus on what needs to be done. The building has a lot of history and it feels a bit different from the modern offices in the newer parts of Delhi. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it has everything we need to keep things running. We’ve been here for a bit and it suits our style of working just fine. It is simple and practical for us.
