If you’re looking for Citizen Scale (I) Pvt. Ltd., you have to head over to N.S.C. Bose Road. We are on the 1st Floor of the Diamond Complex, at number 129. It’s a pretty busy building. There are always people coming and going from the different offices nearby. Being on the first floor makes it a bit easier for people to drop in without having to wait for the lift all the time. We work with scales and weighing equipment mostly. Our space is filled with different models, some small and some quite big. It’s not a massive showroom, just a functional place where we keep our inventory and handle the paperwork. The street outside is usually loud with traffic, but once you step inside the complex, it settles down a little. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so the local shopkeepers all know us. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are processed and the equipment is ready to go out. We answer the phone ourselves and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a basic operation but it works for us. We just try to keep things moving and stay organized in our corner of the Diamond Complex. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the scales.
