Chadda Arora Property Dealer. Our shop is located at 18 A/8 in Karol Bagh, specifically the Dori Walan area. Being near Jai Krishna Mandir means we hear the bells and the crowd every morning and evening. It’s a nice spot to have an office. We’ve been operating out of this small space for quite some time now. Karol Bagh is always moving, so there is always someone looking for a flat or a small shop to rent. We keep a register of who is selling and who is buying. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or people who saw our board while walking to the mandir. The interior isn't anything special, just a few chairs and a fan that works most of the time. We aren't trying to be some big real estate company with suits. It’s just us, Chadda and Arora, handling things as they come. Sometimes people come in just to escape the heat and ask about prices in the lane. We know the streets around here pretty well because we’ve walked them so many times. Every deal takes time, lots of talking over tea, and checking the local papers. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we like being in the thick of it. We just try to get the facts straight for anyone who walks in the door and help them out without any pressure.
