We are up on the third floor of the DDA Janta Flats in GTB Enclave. North East Delhi is our home base. Flat number 1983 is where you can find us. It is a walk-up building, so we get plenty of exercise every morning coming into work. The area is mostly residential. You see families going about their day and kids playing near the blocks. We are a private limited company, but it often feels more like a home office. We have our equipment set up in one of the rooms. The 110093 area is where most of us live, so the commute is pretty short. We started Breed21 Consultancy because we wanted a place to do our own thing. It is not a glass skyscraper or a fancy corporate park. It is just a regular flat with some filing cabinets and laptops. Sometimes the electricity acts up in the summer heat, but we have backups for the routers. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at documents. The neighbors are used to us being here by now. We try not to be too loud during the day. If you are looking for the building, it is one of the older DDA blocks. We like being in GTB Enclave because it feels grounded. We just do our consulting work and keep to ourselves. Sometimes we grab food from the stalls downstairs. It is a simple life here.
