You can find us at 8660/14 B on Gali Chaudhary Phool Singh in the Shidi Pura area of Karol Bagh. This part of town is always moving. Baba Novelties is a small shop, but we try to keep it stocked with whatever people are looking for. The lane, Gali Chaudhary Phool Singh, is quite narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze when deliveries come in. We spend our mornings setting things out and our evenings putting them away. There is a lot of dust in this part of Karol Bagh, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. It’s a simple place to work. We don’t have any fancy decorations. The walls have some old paint and the floor is just plain. But it works for us. We have been here for a long time and we know most of the people who walk past our door. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. That is just how it is here. We handle a lot of different novelty items, and sometimes we run out of space to put them all. It gets pretty loud with all the traffic nearby, but you get used to it. We just keep doing what we do every day at 8660/14 B. It’s a honest living and it keeps us busy from morning to night.
