Asp Realtors is our small office over in Noida. Specifically, we are at Delhi Gate Sec41, Noida B1 61. Working in real estate means a lot of phone calls and even more driving around to look at different plots or flats. We spend a good chunk of our time just sitting at the desks in B1 61, waiting for people to drop by and ask about prices in the area. Noida is growing fast, so there's always something new being built nearby. We try to keep track of what’s available, whether it’s for someone looking to move their family or just a small shop space. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we keep all the files and maps spread out on the table. Sec41 is a pretty easy place to find once you get near the Delhi Gate landmark. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some days are very quiet, and we just catch up on filing or cleaning the windows. Other days, it’s non-stop with people wanting to see five different places before lunch even starts. We just take it as it comes. We aren't big corporate brokers with suits and fancy cars. It's more of a local thing where we talk to neighbors about what’s happening on the street. If you come by the office, someone is usually there to offer a glass of water and talk about the local market. We just keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door.
