Artemedy Business Innovations LLP is tucked away at X48 on the ground floor in Green Park Main. This is one of those neighborhoods in South West Delhi that always seems to be bustling. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a bit of the street noise, but it’s not too bad once you’re inside and focused. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the few bookshelves we need. We aren't into the whole fancy office décor thing. It’s mostly just white walls and some plants that we try to keep alive. Working in Green Park is great because the market is just a short walk away. There are always places to grab a quick samosa or a cold drink when the weather gets hot. Most of us take the metro to work since the station is close by, which saves us from the nightmare of finding parking on these narrow streets. Inside, it’s just us working through our projects. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We like to keep things casual and direct. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through. There’s no hierarchy or complicated systems here. We just do the work that needs doing and then head home to our families. It’s a straightforward life in a busy part of New Delhi.
