Gaffar Market in Karol Bagh is one of those places that you have to experience to understand, and Apra Cosmetics is right in the middle of it at Shop No 77. It is a small shop, but we manage to fit a lot of products onto the shelves. We sell all kinds of cosmetics, from the basics to some harder-to-find items. The market is always crowded, with people pushing past and vendors calling out, so our shop feels like a little sanctuary of sorts, even if it is tiny. We spend most of our day helping people find the right shade of lipstick or the right kind of cream for their skin. It is a lot of reaching for boxes on high shelves and keeping track of what is in stock. Shop 77 isn't very big, so we have to be very organized with how we stack everything. The light is bright so people can see the colors properly, and there is usually a mirror or two for customers to try things out. Karol Bagh is a fast-paced area, and we have been part of the Gaffar Market scene for quite a while now. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays; the products speak for themselves. Most of our customers are regulars who know exactly where we are and what we carry. It is a busy, noisy, and colorful way to make a living, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
