My name is Anil Kumar Mishra and my base of operations is at Tis Hazari, specifically in room 223. If you have ever been to Tis Hazari, you know it is a place that never really stops moving. There are always people rushing around with papers, and the sound of typewriters and conversations fills the air from morning until evening. My space at 223 is right in the thick of all that energy. It is a small, practical room where I keep all my records and handle my daily meetings. I don't have any interest in making the place look like a luxury office. It is a working man's space, filled with the tools of the trade and not much else. I have spent many years navigating these halls, and 223 has become a second home to me in a way. It is where I sit down to think and where I talk to the people who come to see me. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose perfectly well. I like the history of this building and being part of the daily grind here. You won't find any glossy brochures or fancy slogans at my door. I just go by my name and the room number. People know where I am if they need me, and that is enough for me.
