Alpha Technocratz Products

You can find us over at 7/3 on the first floor along D B Gupta Road in Paharganj. It’s quite a climb up the stairs, especially when we are carrying boxes, but you get used to it after a few months. Alpha Technocratz Products is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The street downstairs is always buzzing with people and traffic, but once you get inside our place, it’s a bit more focused. We deal with various technical products and parts that people in the trade need. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything. We have wooden tables, some old chairs, and boxes stacked up against the walls. We usually have the fan running full speed during the summer months because it gets quite warm up here. Our day usually starts around ten when we open up the shutters and start checking what needs to go out. We handle a lot of phone calls and sometimes people just drop in to see what’s new in stock. It’s a practical way to run things. We don’t bother with big signs or flashy lights. Most people who come here have been coming for a long time or were told about us by someone else. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. It's a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing the boxes for the day.
