Our office is on the fourth floor of Partap Bhawan, right there on BS Zafar Marg. If you know Central Delhi, you know how busy this area gets with all the offices and the newspapers around. Ahaan Propmart Private Limited has been tucked away in Flat 407 for a while now. It’s one of those older buildings where you have to wait for the lift sometimes, but it’s a good location for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through property documents for people looking to move around the city. It’s usually just us and the sound of the city outside. The desk is usually covered in maps and printouts because there’s always something new happening in the Delhi real estate market. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant; we’re just a small team handling the daily grind of buying and selling. Some days are slow and we just drink coffee and talk about the market, and other days it’s non-stop with people coming in and out. Being in Central Delhi means we get people from all over, which keeps things interesting. We try to keep things simple here without any of the big talk you hear from larger firms. It’s just about getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone knows what they are signing. It’s a practical workspace for practical people who need help with their property stuff. We just do our work and go home.
