Piparadhhethua Farmers Producer Company Limited

You can find us over in the Rajpur block of Buxar. Our base is at Bijendra Sah’s house, number 218, in the village of Tiara. This area is known as Tiyara Vill Tola. We’re a group of farmers who decided to come together under the name Piparadhhethua. It’s a local effort, through and through. We don't have a professional office staff or a big lobby. Instead, we have a room where we store our files and meet up to discuss the upcoming season. Life in Buxar revolves around the land, and we are no different. Most of our members are out in the fields for the better part of the day. We deal with the practical side of farming—buying seeds, managing the harvest, and trying to get a fair price for what we grow. It’s often dusty and loud, especially when the tractors are moving around. We don't use corporate jargon because that doesn't help us grow better crops. We just talk like neighbors. Sometimes we have to deal with paperwork that takes forever, but that's just part of the job. Being in Tiyara means we are right where the action is. We’re just trying to help each other out and keep our families going. There’s no big secret to what we do; it’s just farming and trying to stay organized as a group.
