Our office is actually at Surendra Kumar's place in a small spot called Ojhawaliya, which is part of Jogia in the Brahampur area. It’s deep in the Buxar district. To get here, you have to go through some narrow village roads that can be hard to navigate if you aren't from around here. It’s a real rural setting. We are just a group of local farmers who decided to put our resources together. Since it's at a house, it doesn't feel like a typical business office at all. There are usually cows nearby and kids playing in the lane outside. We sit around on plastic chairs and go through the farming tallies and papers. Most of our members are from the surrounding Tolas and villages. We don't have any big signs or posters on the walls. We just have our registers and some basic furniture that we've had for years. Life moves a bit slower out here in Jogia, except when it's time to sow or harvest. Then everything is a bit of a rush and the house gets crowded with people. We talk about things like the price of diesel for the pumps or how the rain was last night. It's just how we do things here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big English words or corporate talk. We just want to make sure the farmers in our group have a place to come and sort out their business. It’s just a simple operation run by people who know the land.
