Our branch of Cyndrake is out in Pashchim Para, which is part of the Kurhmun area in Burdwan. The zip code here is 713102. It is a very quiet place compared to the big cities. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space, which makes for a peaceful working environment. Our office is a very simple building. We don’t have any of the fancy stuff you see in big city offices. It is just a few rooms with the necessary equipment to get our work done. Most of us are from around here, so we don't have to travel far. We know the people in Kurhmun and they know us. The work we do is practical and we try to keep things straightforward. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just do the job that is in front of us. Sometimes the electricity goes off, especially during the rains, so we just wait it out or work around it. It’s a slow life, but we like it that way. There is no rush or pressure like you find in the corporate world. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the local crops or the weather. It is a very human way to work. We are glad to be part of the Pashchim Para community and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future. It works for us.
