The place is out on the Mahuva-bhavnagar Highway Road, right across from that petrol pump. It’s a good spot because we get a lot of trucks passing by. We deal with food, specifically the dehydro stuff, which just means we dry things out so they last longer. It’s a busy facility most of the time. There is always the sound of machines humming in the back. We have a crew that’s been with us for years, and they know how to handle the produce without making a mess of things. It is not some high-tech lab with people in white coats, just a regular workplace with people doing their jobs. We get the raw stuff in, clean it, slice it, and put it through the dryers. Some days the heat from the machines makes it a bit uncomfortable, but we are used to it by now. The office is just a small room with a desk where we keep the logs. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that because we are too busy actually working. If you're driving down the highway, you'll see the sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun, but it’s still there. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it’s how we make our living. We’ve been here a long time and we plan on staying.
