You can find Khanjoo Dehy Food'S Pvt. Ltd. on Bhavnagar Road, right near the Vadli Petrol Pump. Our location is a bit outside the main city center, which gives us the space we need for the dehydration equipment and storage. It’s a practical setup. We spend our days processing various vegetables and fruits, taking the moisture out so they can be stored and shipped easily. The smell of the facility changes depending on what we are working on that day. Sometimes it's very strong, like when we are doing onions. We have a solid crew of people from the local area who come in and work the machines. It’s a lot of manual labor, washing, cutting, and monitoring the drying racks. The office is just a small part of the building where we keep the records and handle the bills. It’s often a bit noisy because of the fans and the machinery running in the background. We don't have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures. We just show the samples of our dehydrated products to whoever is interested. Most of our contracts are with other food companies who need these ingredients. It’s a straightforward business. We work hard, we keep the place as clean as we can, and we make sure the quality of the dried food is what it should be.
