Ind Synergy Ltd. ( Steel & Power Division).

You can find us over at Mr. H.C. Verma’s place, which is near the Om Zone Gate in Shubham Vihar. Bilaspur is where we do most of our heavy lifting, especially for the Steel & Power Division. It’s a busy part of the state to be in, and being near the gate makes it easy for people to drop by or for us to head out to the sites. The office itself is quite plain, tucked away in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than an industrial park. We have a lot of stuff going on with the power side of things, so there’s usually a lot of talk about equipment and schedules around the table. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. Instead, you just walk in and someone is probably working on a ledger or talking on a mobile. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to stay on top of the tasks. Being Ind Synergy Ltd. means we have certain things to look after, but we do it in a way that’s local and direct. We’ve been in Shubham Vihar for a bit now and the locals know us. It’s a decent area to work from because it’s close enough to the main routes but still has a bit of a quiet feel when the sun starts to go down.
