Real Ispat & Power Ltd

This branch of Real Ispat & Power is tucked away in Bilaspur, right next to Sitaram Jaisawal in Kumharpara. If you know the Jarhabhata area, you probably know where we are. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a good bit. We handle the steel and power operations from this side of Chhattisgarh. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for our daily tasks. Most of us here have been with the company for years, so we know the routine inside out. It gets pretty loud sometimes because of all the activity around Jarhabhata, but we’re used to it. We spend most of our time dealing with supply issues and making sure the power output is where it needs to be. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially when there’s a big project going on. We don’t have much in the way of fancy perks, just a place to get the job done. Being near Kumharpara means there’s always something happening nearby. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the streets here, but we manage to make it work. It’s just an honest living for the crew here. We keep our heads down and focus on what needs doing. Bilaspur is a growing place, and we’re just a small part of that growth. It keeps us on our toes every single day and makes for an interesting life.
