If you head down Cantt Road in Khagaul, you’ll find us right there. It’s a busy part of Patna, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work or school. Our building has been part of this 801105 area for quite some time. We have a lot of kids coming in from the nearby residential pockets. The teachers here mostly live close by too. Inside, the halls are usually filled with the sound of desks moving or teachers talking. We don't have fancy decorations, just the usual charts on the walls and blackboards. The playground gets a lot of use during the lunch hour, mostly for cricket or just running around. It can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up, but the kids don't seem to mind much. We stick to a pretty standard routine every day. Assembly happens in the morning, then classes, then a break. The office is usually cluttered with papers and registers because there is always something to sign or check. Dealing with the traffic on Cantt Road is probably the hardest part of the day. We have some trees near the boundary wall that provide a bit of shade during the hotter months. It is just a regular school where we try to get through the syllabus and make sure everyone stays on track. Nothing too complicated, just daily life here in Khagaul. We are just local people running a local school in Patna.
