St. Karen'S High School

St. Karen'S High School is located on Gola Road over in the Khagaul area of Patna. If you live around 801105, you have definitely passed by us at some point. It is a big building on a street that stays pretty active throughout the day. We have kids of all ages coming here, and the mornings are usually a bit chaotic with all the buses and rickshaws dropping everyone off. That is just part of life in Patna, I suppose. The school has been here for years, so the walls have a bit of history to them. We do not really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It is a school, and we make sure the kids have their desks and their teachers are ready. The playground gets a lot of use, and you can hear the noise from Gola Road when they are out there. We try to keep things organized, but with so many students, it is always a bit of a scramble. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood place. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just the main office near the entrance where we handle all the paperwork. It is a busy, noisy, and very real place where a lot of learning happens every single day. We just keep going, one term after another, right here in Khagaul.
