Synthesis is located at Plot No- 1 and 2 on Gali No. 3, which is off Old Shivebari Road in Bikaner. We are quite close to Vyas Colony, so we get a lot of people from that neighborhood. Bikaner can be a very hot and dusty place, and our street is no exception. The institute is spread across a couple of plots, giving us enough space for the medical entrance exam coaching we do. It’s not a polished or high-tech building, just a solid brick-and-mortar place where we’ve set up our classrooms. You’ll often find us sitting around the office area discussing schedules or going over old test papers. The atmosphere is generally quite serious because the exams these students are preparing for are tough. We have some basic cooling systems to keep the heat at bay during the afternoons. There’s a lot of movement in and out of Gali No. 3 throughout the day. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on the fact that people in Bikaner know where we are. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps it a little quieter for the students who are trying to concentrate. We just focus on the teaching and let the rest of the things handle themselves. It’s an unpretentious spot where the work is the only thing that really matters to us and the families we help.
