Kishor Sirs Classes

You can find us right across from the Government Press in Bikaner. It is a landmark that most people in this part of town know. Kishor Sirs Classes is a small operation. It started out with just a few students in one room and grew a little bit from there. We still keep things very simple. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a map. Kishor Sir is usually here himself, sitting at a small desk near the door. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, especially when the press is busy, but we just close the door. Students come here for specific subjects they find hard at school. We don't have any high-tech equipment. It’s all about pen, paper, and talking through the problems until they make sense. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if an exam is coming up. The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We don't really have a website or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or cousins. It’s a humble place. We don't make any big promises. We just sit down with the books and try to help the students understand what they are reading. It is a quiet, steady kind of work that we do here every day. We just try our best with what we have. Most of the time, that's more than enough for the students.
